Chocolate is a cacao seeds preparation of roasted and ground  that is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, which may also be used as a flavoring ingredient in other foods. How do you fix cake pops that are too moist?

Bake your cake a few minutes past done. It dries it out more. I would also say don't put your cake in a food processor. You want some moisture in the cake but putting it in a processor will turn it into mush.

Why is my chocolate cracking on my cake pops?

Cake Pop Problem : Cake pop cracking

If the coating is super hot and the cake balls are too cold, you may experience some cracks as the materials expand/shrink while the temperature changes. Make sure your melted chocolate isn't too hot but warm. Just make sure the cake pop has completely dried before re-dipping.

Can you freeze cake pops after you make them?

yes.
