It is a type of popular food for East and South Asian.it is steamed dumplings, popular across the Indian subcontinent and the Himalayan region bordering East-South Asia.






Easy way to make different kinds of chicken momo without steamer.

We put a lot of things in breakfast but Momo that's how perfect breakfast is. In addition to taste, we also have to keep an eye on health. So don't just make delicious food, pay attention to the quality of the food. Momo can be included in the breakfast list as a delicious and nutritious food.



Ingredients: 


-2 cups of flour
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1.5 cups of chicken mince
-1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
-3 teaspoons of ginger
-2 tablespoons of onion leaves
-salt to taste
-2 teaspoons of soy sauce
-half a teaspoon of black pepper powder 
-Lemon rind or lemon peel half a tablespoon
-1 tablespoon of butter.



For the sauce: 

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 8 dried chillies
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • half a teaspoon of fried cumin seeds
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of sugar.


Process: 

  • Mix half a teaspoon of salt and oil with flour and add mayan. Mix enough water to make mayan and make soft yeast.If the mayan is done properly, no mayan or yeast will stick to the hands. Mix onion, ginger and garlic powder, soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder with minced meat.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the minced meat mixture on low heat.When water is drawn, shake the onion leaves and cover for another 2-1 minutes. 
  • Now open the lid, cover with raw chilli powder and lemon peel powder, cover the oven and keep it for two minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small rounds. 
  • Take each round in the palm of your hand, smooth it out and flatten it into a ball shape. The middle of the bread is heavy but the edges will be thin.In the middle of the bread, take 1 tablespoon of the filling, wrap half of it (moon-shaped),rose shape and wrap it and press the other half so that the mouth is not open. 
  • You can make it with different shepe.
  • Heat half a cup of water in an oven or microwave cooker for 1 minute, put a steamer on it and cover it with a few momos.Steam on high power for 3 minutes and then steam for 2 minutes and leave it for 1 minute while standing. 
  • Arrange it while serving. Serve hot with sauce.
