Panipuri or Fuchka is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is made of round or ball-shaped,empty puri, a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat spice, potato, onion or gram.

Process:

  • 🔥To make sour water, the tamarind should be well melted in cold water and mixed well with some coriander leaf juice, chili powder, a little bit of salt.
  • Now dabli / chola should be rubbed with potato, a little salt, spices, coriander leaves, onion powder, chili powder.
  • A little bit of macha gram should be arranged in a circle.
